Position: Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend (no call)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 16-week contract with 2 out of 3 holiday commitment

About the Role

You'll join the emergency department, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced acute-care environment. You may be asked to float to similar units on the same campus or other locations within Wichita to support staffing needs.

What You'll Need

• Current RN license (verification through Nursys required)
• Ability to obtain/maintain certifications in EKG, core competencies, and specialty-specific skills
• Required vaccinations: MMR, Influenza, Hepatitis B, Tdap, and Varicella
• Two-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• CPR/ACLS (EPLS required)
• Clean background check and health clearance
• Valid driver's license or state ID

Onboarding Requirements

You'll complete facility-specific training including electronic health record orientation, skills validation, and core competency assessments before your start date.
