Behavioral Health Nurse
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Duration: 13 weeks
Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed

About the Role
You'll provide direct nursing care in a high-volume behavioral health unit. This role demands strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans
- Assess patient condition, document findings, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Coordinate care across all disciplines to ensure seamless patient management
- Execute physician and nursing orders accurately
- Assess discharge planning needs and coordinate with the team
Required Credentials & Licenses
- Current RN license (verification required)
- Completion of required onboarding assessments including specialty exam, core competencies, and EKG exam
- Current immunizations: MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap
- Two-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Drug screen and criminal background check
- Valid driver's license or state ID
