Cardiac Telemetry RN — Night Shift | Tulsa, OK

Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

This night-shift travel nursing role is on an active cardiac telemetry unit caring for a diverse patient population across all age groups. The unit manages a full range of cardiac needs, including post-operative cardiac patients, with telemetry monitoring supported by dedicated monitor technicians and virtual sitter technology. PCTs and a unit coordinator round out the care team.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans
• Assess, document, and communicate patient condition changes in a timely manner
• Coordinate care across disciplines and execute physician and nursing orders
• Identify and facilitate discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team

Float & Scheduling Requirements:

• Float to cardiac telemetry and med-surg departments as needed
• Up to 6 weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling period
• Holiday shifts required based on departmental need

Required Credentials & Certifications:

• Active RN license (Nursys verification required)
• Skills checklist (required at submission)
• Two professional references (required at submission)
• Pharmacology, specialty, EKG, and core competency exams completed during onboarding
• Standard health clearances: immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza), TB testing, fit test, drug screen

Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable with telemetry interpretation and cardiac post-op care
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced floating between cardiac and med-surg settings
