Night Shift RN – Orthopedic Surgery Unit
Position Overview
Provide direct nursing care on a general orthopedic surgical unit. You'll implement and monitor patient care plans, communicate patient conditions to the care team, coordinate discharge planning, and execute physician and nursing orders with precision.
Unit Details
Shift & Contract
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Start Date: September 22, 2026
What You'll Need
- Active RN license (verification required)
- Ability to work independently with critical thinking and decisive judgment in a high-stress environment
- Willingness to complete facility-required onboarding exams (Pharmacology, Medical-Surgical) and health screenings
Requirements & Compliance
Standard precautions, vaccinations (Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap), tuberculosis screening, drug screening, and background check completion as part of onboarding.
This is a straightforward nursing role focused on quality patient care and teamwork in an orthopedic setting.
