Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Asheville, NC.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (night shift)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
Role Details
You'll work in a fast-paced emergency department, managing a diverse patient population across all acuity levels. Responsibilities include , patient assessment, nursing care delivery, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team during high-volume periods.
Requirements
- Current RN license (state-specific as required)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Emergency nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment
