Location: San Antonio, TX
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

About the Role
The facility is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to join the IR suite. You'll support a range of minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients for interventional procedures
- Assist with imaging guidance during percutaneous biopsies, drain placements, embolizations, and vascular interventions
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure proper equipment function
- Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and surgical staff
- Document procedures accurately per facility protocol
Requirements
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent state licensure
- Hands-on experience in interventional radiology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/position patients safely
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
