Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN for a float pool position. You'll provide care across multiple telemetry units, delivering direct patient care and monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 12-hour rotating days and nights (three shifts per week)
• Contract Duration: 8 weeks
• Start Date: January 4, 2027
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Orientation: Weekly sessions
• Location: Cambridge, MA

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience
• Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Flexibility to work across multiple units as a float pool member

Key Information

• RTO (Requested Time Off) limited to three days per contract; holiday requests not approved
• All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of assignment acceptance
• No separation period required between assignments
• Weekly orientations provided
