Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN — Float Pool | Cambridge, MA

This 8-week contract places an experienced Med-Surg Telemetry RN in a float pool role, working across multiple inpatient units that require strong telemetry monitoring skills and adaptability to varied patient populations and acuity levels.

Schedule & Hours

• 3 × 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly
• Start date: January 4

The Role

As a float pool RN, you will be deployed to multiple telemetry and med-surg units, providing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical interventions. Weekly orientations support smooth integration across units.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Strong telemetry interpretation and monitoring skills required for multi-unit utilization
• Active RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications

Additional Details

• Scrub color: confirm at time of offer
• RTO policy: no more than three days of RTO; no holiday RTO approved; all requests must be submitted at the time of application
• Call requirements: guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked
