Med Surg Tele
Med/Surg Telemetry – Travel RN | Night Shift | Winchester, MA
This is a float position on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, ideal for experienced travel nurses who are comfortable adapting to different patient populations and unit environments.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
- Up to 3 days of requested time off permitted; no holiday RTO approved
Contract Details
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Location: Winchester, MA
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
Float Requirement
This is a float position — candidates must be comfortable working across multiple units as needed and adapting quickly to varied patient assignments and care teams.
Clinical Scope
The unit manages a mixed medical-surgical and telemetry patient population requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, post-procedural care, and management of acute and chronic conditions across a range of acuity levels.
