Med Surg Tele

Med/Surg Telemetry Float — Travel Nurse | Winchester, MA

This 8-week contract placement is a float position within a Med/Surg Telemetry environment. Candidates must be comfortable moving between units and adapting quickly to varying patient populations and acuity levels.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 12-hour days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding any on-call time worked)
• Start Date: January 4
• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Float: Required

Clinical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Strong floating skills across med/surg and telemetry units

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS

Scheduling Expectations

• Maximum of 3 days of requested time off (RTO) for the duration of the contract
• No holiday RTO will be approved

Additional Notes

• Day shift availability is essential; schedule flexibility beyond the posted shift is not offered on this assignment
• Candidates should be prepared for winter seasonal staffing demands in a fast-paced inpatient setting
