Emergency Room Nurse – Travel Position
Role Overview
The facility's Emergency Room is seeking an experienced RN for a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. You'll care for a diverse patient population presenting with trauma, medical emergencies, and urgent conditions. This role is ideal for nurses with travel experience and solid foundational trauma knowledge.
Schedule & Contract
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 13-week contract
- Start date: December 7, 2026
Requirements
- Current RN license (Georgia or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- AHA BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Travel experience preferred
What You'll Do
You'll work in a busy emergency setting alongside a collaborative team, managing acute and trauma presentations, performing rapid assessments, and delivering time-sensitive interventions. Your clinical judgment and composure under pressure will be essential.
