Position Details

• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Location: Plymouth, MA

About the Role

The facility's OR is seeking experienced RNs to support general, orthopedic (total joints), and gynecologic surgical services. You'll work in a dynamic surgical environment managing a range of procedures including endoscopic, laser, and robotic-assisted cases. This is a non-float position focused on your specialty areas.

Required Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• BLS-AHA certification (required at time of submission)
• Demonstrated OR experience with strong aseptic technique knowledge
• Proficiency operating complex surgical equipment
• Mandatory specialties: ortho trauma and general surgery experience
• Robotics experience required (especially ortho, GYN, general)
• Neuro experience is a bonus
• Travel experience required
• Travel distance: Must live more than 50 miles from the facility

Pre-Assignment Requirements

• Pass ECG/Dysrhythmia test (20 questions) and Medication test (20 questions) — 85% passing score, administered via Zoom within 48 hours of offer. One attempt only; no remediation available.
• COVID booster and flu vaccination required (medical exemptions accepted)

Additional Guidelines

• No more than 3 consecutive days off permitted
• Natural nails only; short length, unchipped polish
• Provide interview availability and any time-off requests at submission
