Med Surg Telemetry RN — Float Pool | Cambridge, MA

This 8-week contract position is a float pool role supporting Medical Surgical Telemetry units. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple units and managing a varied patient census.

Schedule & Hours

• 3 x 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
• Start date: January 4

Clinical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills essential, as this role spans multiple units
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS

Position Details

• Contract length: 8 weeks
• Weekly orientations provided upon start
• Float pool assignment — must be adaptable to varying unit environments

Time-Off Expectations

• Maximum of 3 days of requested time off (RTO) for the contract period
• No holiday RTO will be approved
• All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application
