Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN for a 4-week contract beginning February 1st. This is a float pool role covering multiple medical-surgical units with a focus on telemetry monitoring and patient care.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
• 36 hours per week
• 72 hours guaranteed biweekly
• Weekly orientations
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN
• Strong telemetry expertise and ability to work across multiple units
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with the facility's charting system

What to Expect

You'll provide direct patient care on medical-surgical units, monitor cardiac rhythms, manage telemetry equipment, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. This float pool position offers exposure to different units and patient populations while maintaining consistent scheduling.
