Critical Care RN — ICU | Plymouth, MA | 8-Week Contract

This adult and geriatric critical care unit provides 24-hour intensivist coverage for patients with complex medical and surgical needs. The unit manages high-acuity cases requiring advanced monitoring and intervention across a broad spectrum of critical illness.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• 72 hours guaranteed biweekly
• No float required

Contract Details

• Duration: 8 weeks
• Start date: January 11, 2025
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of application; no holiday RTO, maximum 3 days RTO

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Demonstrated competency in:
• Ventilator management
• Vasoactive and sedation drip titration
• Hemodynamic monitoring
• Cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management
• Post-STEMI care
• Evidence of relevant continuing education
• CCRN preferred

Important Notes

• Candidates will complete a pass/fail Tele/ECG and Medications test prior to acceptance — strong clinical candidates only
• All RTO must be disclosed upfront; no exceptions for holidays
