Medical-Surgical Nursing – Night Shift
Position Details
- Shift: 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours/week) | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Contract Duration: 56 weeks
- Location: Atlanta, GA
- License: Georgia or Compact License required
About the Role
This is a fast-paced environment where you'll develop strong assessment and communication skills while working with a consistent team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor medical patients throughout your shift
- Manage IV therapy and PICC line placements and care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient outcomes
- Document care in the electronic health record system
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Current IV and PICC line competency
- Valid Georgia or Compact nursing license
