Emergency Department Nurse – Travel Assignment
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced RN for its busy emergency department. This is a 13-week travel assignment offering night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 3 × 12-hour schedule, totaling 36 hours per week.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Travel experience preferred
- Trauma experience required
- Active Georgia or compact nursing license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (mandatory)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
About the Role
You'll work in a high-volume emergency department handling a diverse patient population across multiple acuity levels, including trauma cases. The team is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on fast-paced, evidence-based care.
