Critical Care Nurse – ICU
Position Overview
The facility's ICU is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join the team on the night shift. You'll provide direct care to high-acuity patients in a fast-paced critical care environment.
Shift & Schedule
- 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 36 hours per week with guaranteed hours
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience
- Valid Georgia or compact nursing license (required)
- NIHSS certification preferred; PA/ICP/IABP/CRRT experience preferred but not required
Location
Decatur, GA area. Non-local travelers only; 50-mile radius requirement.
What You'll Do
Deliver skilled nursing care to critically ill patients, monitor hemodynamic status, manage advanced life support equipment, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
