Adult Psychiatry — Day Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Adult Psychiatry unit on a 13-week contract. This is a day shift position, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
What You'll Do
You'll provide direct patient care in an adult psychiatric setting, working alongside psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, medication administration, behavioral monitoring, documentation, and therapeutic engagement with a diverse patient population managing acute and chronic mental health conditions.
Schedule & Location
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour day shift)
- Location: Lawton, OK
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 6, 2026
Requirements
- Current RN license (Oklahoma)
- BLS certification required
- Psych nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment
