Travel RN – Medical ICU | Wichita, KS

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour nights)

Contract Duration: 13 weeks | Start Date: September 7, 2026

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

About the Unit

This Medical ICU cares for high-acuity patients requiring close monitoring and complex interventions. The unit team includes charge RNs and patient care technicians on both shifts, maintaining a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Clinical Scope

• Hemodynamic monitoring and advanced airway management
• Moderate sedation
• Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Sono-guided IV access

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current, acute care ICU RN experience
• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• CRRT and Sono IV experience
• Travel nursing background in high-acuity settings
