Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced OR nurse to support general surgery cases in a fast-paced operating environment. This is a 13-week contract role offering flexibility and predictable scheduling.
Schedule & Logistics
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3 × 12-hour shifts per week; 36 hours/week)
- Call: Weekend and holiday call only
- Radius: 50 miles
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in general surgery, plastics, ENT, robotics, or related surgical specialties
- Current RN license
- OR nursing certification (CNOR) preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume surgical setting
What You'll Do
You'll assist with a variety of surgical cases, including general surgery, plastics, ENT, and robot-assisted procedures. You'll work alongside experienced surgeons and surgical teams, managing instruments, supplies, and patient safety protocols throughout each case.
