Registered Respiratory Therapist – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the respiratory care team on a 13-week contract assignment. This is a night shift role providing direct patient care and respiratory support across hospital units.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour nights)
- Weekly: 36 hours
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
- Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend and holidays as needed per schedule
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RRT License (active)
- Active NBRC certification (National Board of Respiratory Care)
- Active AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years current RRT experience
- Current RRT credential within 1 year
- Supervisory reference from employment within the past 2 years
- Personal vehicle required for this assignment
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS and PALS certifications
Key Details
- 8-hour non-billable orientation
- All scheduling requests and time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application
- Maximum 5 days of requested time off allowed during contract
- Must work designated holiday blocks if scheduled
- No call or call-back responsibilities
