Labor & Delivery RN — Travel Contract | Keene, NH
This all-in-one Labor & Delivery unit provides comprehensive obstetric care across the full continuum — delivery, mother/baby, postpartum, nursery, and newborn resuscitation. The unit operates under a midwife-led, low-intervention philosophy that emphasizes personalized care and maternal empowerment, while maintaining access to broader medical resources when needed.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 48 hours/week
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday rotation required (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's blocks)
- Block scheduling is not available for this assignment
Contract Details
- Duration: 13 weeks | Start: October 26, 2026
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Personal vehicle required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Proficiency across all LD specialties (postpartum, mother/baby, nursery, newborn resuscitation)
- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact License
- Active AHA BLS Certification
- Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
- New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required at submission
Preferred
- AWHONN Certification (within past 3 years)
Additional Notes
- All RTO (max 5 days) must be submitted at time of profile upload — no exceptions
- Medical/occupational health compliance must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
- Candidates may not hold a concurrent permanent or travel assignment
