About the Role
Join the orthopedic team at a regionally recognized healthcare facility. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic unit, supporting pre- and post-operative patients, managing acute orthopedic conditions, and collaborating with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams.
The facility serves as a regional referral center for trauma, stroke, cardiac, and pediatric services, with an active surgical program including robotic-assisted procedures. Your contributions will be part of a mission-driven organization focused on clinical excellence and patient safety.
What We're Looking For
- Current RN or LPN license (state-specific requirements apply)
- Orthopedic or surgical nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to work autonomously during night shifts
- Team-oriented mindset in a high-acuity environment
