Telemetry & Neuro RN – 12-Hour Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Med-Surg Telemetry and Neuro unit. You'll provide direct patient care on the night shift, managing patients with cardiac monitoring needs and neurological conditions.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 12-hour nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 36 hours guaranteed
- Weekend & Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- Contract Duration: 88 weeks
Requirements
- Current MA RN License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience
- Strong clinical skills in telemetry monitoring and neuro assessment
- Travel nursing experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with charting systems commonly used in acute care settings
What You'll Do
Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, respond to arrhythmias and acute changes, perform neuro checks, manage patient care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during night shift operations.
This is a hands-on role for nurses who thrive in fast-paced acute care environments and are comfortable working independently during night hours.
