CT Technologist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week contract on the night shift. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care setting with a diverse patient population and varied clinical cases.
Shift & Schedule
- 4 x 10-hour night shifts per week
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Nights and weekends follow the same schedule; work into rotation
- Hospital may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
Clinical Scope
You'll perform 10-20 scans per shift, including:
- Emergency department patients
- Virtual colonography
- Gated cardiac procedures
- General CT imaging
Team & Support
- Radiologist coverage via teleradiology during night shifts
- Hospitalist or Intensivist available on-site
- Radiology floor-specific orientation (3–4 shifts)
- Limited floating within radiology as needed
Required Credentials
- ARRT-CT certification
- ARRT-R certification
- BLS certification
- Crisis Protocol approval
- Fluoroscopy qualification
- California license
