Registered Nurse – Cath Lab
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced RN for its cardiac catheterization laboratory. You'll support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including electrophysiology (EP) cases and interventional radiology work.
Shift & Schedule
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts)
- 13-week contract
- Float assignments may be required based on clinical experience and facility needs; appropriate orientation will be provided.
Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- BLS and ACLS certifications (in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of specialty experience in cardiac catheterization
- COVID-19 vaccination required; no exemptions
What You'll Do
Support a range of cardiac interventional procedures in a fast-paced cath lab environment. You'll work alongside cardiologists and support staff to deliver quality patient care during diagnostic studies, interventional cases, and electrophysiology procedures.
Additional Information
- Charting system: Paragon (training provided)
- You will be required to complete two onsite courses within 30 days of your start date: Assaultive Behavior and Fire Card training
- Documentation deadline: 2 Mondays prior to start date
- Background check required; DUI disqualifiers apply
