Cardiovascular Operating Room Surgical Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technologist for a 13-week contract in Atlanta, GA.
Requirements
- 2+ years of CVOR surgical tech experience required
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist
- Valid Georgia license
Schedule
- 4 × 10-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
- Average 70+ hours per four-week period (varies)
- One Friday, one Saturday, and one Sunday shift per week (not necessarily consecutive)
- Weekday shifts: 5 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM
- Weekend and holiday shifts: 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM
- Holiday rotation required, including weekends surrounding holidays
Clinical Scope
You'll support cardiovascular surgical cases in the OR, handling instrumentation, equipment, and supplies. Float assignments to General OR may be required as needed.
