CVOR – Cardiothoracic Operating Room
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Operating Room (CVOR) clinician for a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced travel professional ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Shift & Schedule
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Average 70+ hours per four-week period
- One Friday, one Saturday, and one Sunday shift (not required to be consecutive)
- Weekday shifts: 5 AM–11 AM and 11 PM–7 AM
- Weekend and holiday shifts: 7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM
- Holiday rotation required, including weekends surrounding holidays
- Typically provided 1 day notice due to scheduled cases
- On-call responsibilities limited to your booked location
Qualifications
- 2+ years of CVOR experience
- Current state licensure
- Travel experience preferred
Float Requirements
You may be asked to float between up to 3 campuses within the facility system. Float assignments are communicated with advance notice whenever possible.
