Oncology Nurse

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse for its oncology unit. This is a 13-week assignment beginning every Monday.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (AM, three 12-hour shifts per week)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Scrubs: Navy Blue

Requirements

• Current RN license (Georgia or compact state)
• Current BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum 18 months of specialty experience within the past 3 years
• Strong Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience preferred
• Chemotherapy certification required

Location

Atlanta, Georgia area. This role is for candidates willing to travel and relocate; local applicants will not be considered. A 50-mile radius is expected.

About the Role

You'll deliver skilled nursing care to oncology patients, including those undergoing BMT and chemotherapy. The unit focuses on high-acuity cancer care and requires strong clinical judgment, compassion, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
