Oncology Nurse – 13-Week Assignment
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in the Atlanta area. You'll join a dynamic oncology unit providing direct patient care and chemotherapy administration to oncology patients.
Shift & Schedule
- AM shifts: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Start dates: Every Monday
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Clinical Scope
You'll deliver care to oncology patients, including those undergoing bone marrow transplantation (BMT). Responsibilities include chemotherapy administration, patient assessment, symptom management, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- License: Georgia or Compact license (current, in hand)
- Experience: 18+ months in oncology specialty within the past 3 years
- Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, and Chemotherapy Certification
- Preferred: Strong BMT experience

- Travel radius: 50-mile radius; local travelers not considered
