Registered Nurse – Surgery (ENT)
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced Surgical RN for its ENT unit specializing in general surgery, bariatric surgery, and head and neck procedures. You'll care for patients with complex airway needs, including those with tracheostomies and laryngectomies.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- 13-week contract
- Guaranteed hours
Requirements
- Current Georgia or compact nursing license (in hand at start)
- AHA BLS certification
- Demonstrated surgical nursing experience and technical skill
- Ability to manage complex post-operative and airway patients
What You'll Do
Work alongside an experienced surgical team, providing direct patient care in a focused specialty unit. You'll manage post-operative assessments, monitor airway patency, assist with wound care, and coordinate care for patients with specialized needs.
