Certified Surgical Technologist – Operating Room
Position Overview
The facility's main operating room is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join a dynamic surgical team. You will support a diverse surgical program performing orthopedic, general, ENT, gynecologic, plastic, neurosurgical, robotic, podiatric, and dental procedures across 7 operating suites.
Shift & Schedule
- Variable shifts: 8-hour (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM) or 10-hour (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM)
- Weekend shifts: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM or 7:15 AM – 6:45 PM
- Holidays follow weekend scheduling
- Call duty: 12 or 24 hours on weekends and holidays
- Rotating weekends required
Requirements
- Current CST certification and BLS
- New Hampshire Med Tech License
- Minimum 2 years hospital surgical experience
- Ability to scrub for multiple surgical specialties
Preferred Experience
- Orthopedics, trauma, and neurosurgery
- Robotic-assisted surgery (DaVinci, Mako systems)
- General surgery and complex cases
