Labor & Delivery – Night Shift RN
Position Overview
Join the maternity team at the facility's Rowley Family Birthing Center as a Labor & Delivery RN working 12-hour night shifts (7 PM–7 AM). This is a 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week and weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
Clinical Environment
You'll care for laboring mothers, manage deliveries, and support postpartum recovery in a dedicated birthing center. The unit includes labor/delivery/recovery rooms, postpartum beds, operating rooms for cesarean deliveries, and a Level 2 Neonatal Intensive Care unit. You'll work alongside experienced maternity care specialists providing comprehensive mother-baby care.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (active)
- ACLS, BLS, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications required
- NRP certification required upon hire
- COVID-19 vaccination (no declination forms accepted)
Important Notes
- All requested time off must be submitted with your application
- No voluntary shift cancellations permitted during contract
- No guarantee time during orientation week, unit closures, holidays, or scheduled time-off periods
