Operating Room RN – Travel Assignment

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Englewood, CO. You'll work day shift (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in a busy surgical suite performing a variety of orthopedic, spine, and minimally invasive procedures.

Unit Details

The OR handles diverse surgical cases including orthopedic, spine, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted procedures. The unit operates 4 main ORs plus 1 endoscopy suite with a collaborative team of full-time RNs, surgical technologists, and support staff.

Requirements

  • Current BLS certification
  • Demonstrated experience in orthopedic, spine, DaVinci, Mako, Globus, and laparoscopic surgery
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & On-Call

  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (36 guaranteed hours/week)
  • On-call: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 6:00 AM (1–2 times weekly)
  • Weekend on-call as needed; shared among staff

Light blue scrubs (provided). You'll join an experienced surgical team in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and attention to detail are essential. The unit uses current surgical technology and values skilled, reliable clinicians.
