The Role

Join a close-knit nursing team in a critical access hospital serving a rural community. You'll provide direct patient care across a broad scope of practice: medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and occasional pediatric cases. Most patients are adults; pediatric experience is helpful but not required for peds-only backgrounds.

You'll use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care—meeting physiological, psychosocial, spiritual, and developmental needs across the lifespan. Charge RN responsibilities are available when needed. Work collaboratively with providers, nursing leadership, and support staff in an environment that values your clinical expertise and decision-making.
