Progressive Care Unit – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time night shift position in the progressive care unit (PCU).

Shift & Schedule

• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 19, 2026

Unit Details

You'll work in a PCU setting caring for patients who require moderate-level monitoring and intervention. This unit bridges care between general medical-surgical and intensive care, managing patients with complex conditions requiring close observation and skilled nursing assessment.

Requirements

• Current RN license (Tennessee)
• Ability to work night shift hours consistently
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Experience in acute or progressive care preferred

What to Expect

Night shift work in a collaborative team environment. You'll provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs and clinical changes, administer medications, coordinate with interdisciplinary staff, and respond to patient needs during evening and overnight hours.
