Progressive Care Unit – Night Shift
Position Details
Night shift opportunity in a progressive care unit (PCU) serving patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and care.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Contract: 91 weeks
- Location: Nashville, TN
- Start date: October 19, 2026
What You'll Do
You'll provide direct patient care in a PCU setting, managing patients with moderate complexity who need close observation and frequent assessment. Responsibilities include vital sign monitoring, medication administration, patient education, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team during night hours.
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license (TN)
- BLS certification required
- PCU or step-down experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift
