Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: Ranger, TX

Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 40 guaranteed hours per week

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Overview:

Working under the direction of physical therapists, you'll deliver direct patient care through therapeutic exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other evidence-based interventions. You'll track patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate findings to the supervising physical therapist to support optimal recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
• Provide massage and manual therapy as prescribed
• Conduct gait and balance training with patients
• Record and report patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with physical therapists to refine treatment plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Valid Texas physical therapy license (required; must be documented)

Schedule Details:

• Day shift, Monday–Friday
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
