Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) | Travel RN | Denver, CO

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Start Date: October 26, 2026

This PICU opportunity places you in a fast-paced pediatric critical care environment managing high-acuity patients across a range of complex conditions. The unit operates with low nurse-to-patient ratios, ensuring focused, intensive care delivery.

Clinical Scope & Procedures:

• Care of patients in respiratory failure, including endotracheal tube management and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation
• Conscious sedation management
• Central line maintenance and care
• Chest tube placement
• Venous puncture

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of current PICU RN experience
• Active BLS and PALS certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-operative cardiac nursing experience
• Proficiency in venous puncture techniques
