Day Shift | 13-Week Contract

This telemetry unit in Wichita, KS provides medical-surgical and cardiac step-down care with a clinical focus on continuous cardiac monitoring, post-procedural recovery, and hemodynamic management.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Start date: October 19, 2026

Clinical Scope

The unit manages a diverse cardiac and medical patient population. Common procedures and interventions include:

• Central line management
• Medication drips
• Heart catheterization recovery
• Bubble studies
• Chest tube management
• PCA and IV pump management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current telemetry hospital experience
• BLS and ACLS certification (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-acuity or complex hospital environments
• Strong independent critical thinking skills and a collaborative, positive attitude
