Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
Join the PICU team for a 13-week assignment working nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This is a high-acuity, fast-paced environment caring for critically ill pediatric patients across multiple specialties.
Unit Details
Requirements
- Current RN license (verification required at submission)
- Minimum 2 years of PICU or pediatric critical care experience
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Professional references and background check clearance
What to Expect
- Guaranteed 36–48 hours per week
- Navy scrubs; pediatric print tops permitted
- Comprehensive onboarding including competency validation and specialty assessments
- Standard health screening and immunization requirements (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, TB testing, fit testing)
