Pediatric ICU Nurse – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Pediatric ICU nurse for a high-acuity, fast-paced unit. You'll care for critically ill children across multiple specialties, including neurology, renal, pulmonary, surgical, and medical cases.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract

• Float assignments to other critical care areas as needed

Requirements

• Current RN license (Texas)
• BLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years pediatric ICU or specialty nursing experience
• Willingness to float to adjacent critical care units (CVICU, NICU)

Dress Code

Navy scrubs; pediatric print tops permitted.

Onboarding

Standard credentialing and health screening required, including immunizations, background check, and skills verification. Plan for onboarding assessments before your start date.
