Labor & Delivery Nurse
Position Overview
The facility seeks a compassionate Labor & Delivery Nurse to provide high-quality care to expectant mothers throughout the labor and delivery process. This is a rotating shift position offering a full range of clinical and supportive care.
Shift & Schedule
- Rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract
Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and clinical support during labor and delivery
- Monitor vital signs and assist with medical procedures
- Offer childbirth and lactation education
- Support patients through all stages of the labor and delivery process
Requirements
- Current RN license (Colorado)
- Labor & Delivery nursing certification or equivalent experience
- Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) background check required
- Reliable personal transportation (the area does not have public transit)
