Position Details

About the Role
The facility is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the care team in a post-acute setting. You'll work with patients across varying acuity levels, collaborating with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support functional recovery and discharge planning.
What You'll Do
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct patient care focused on activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence
- Document progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in rounds and discharge planning meetings
Requirements
- Current OT license (California)
- Valid credentials and liability coverage
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
