Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic
Position Overview
The facility's outpatient rehabilitation clinic is expanding to meet growing patient demand. You'll evaluate patients across a variety of diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional ability. You'll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
Schedule & Location
- 4 ten-hour days per week; days vary
- No weekends
- 13-week contract
- Outpatient clinic setting in western Colorado
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license valid for Colorado
- Minimum 2 years PT experience; 3–5 years preferred
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Flu vaccination mandatory (October 1 – April 1; no declinations)
Requirements & Notes
- Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
- Colorado CAPS registration required (allow up to 2 weeks)
- Guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays for clinic staff
