Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 24 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, 4 days × 10 hours, alternating weekdays
• Start Date: November 17, 2026

About the Role:

You'll evaluate patients across a range of diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional mobility. You'll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to support their recovery goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or Colorado compact license
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience (3–5 years preferred)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Mandatory flu vaccination (required October 1–April 1; no declinations)
• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility

What to Know:

• CAPS registration must be completed ASAP (allow up to 2 weeks for approval)
• Guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays for clinic-based positions
• Housing is available: newly remodeled studio or 1-bedroom apartments located ½ block from the facility, fully furnished with utilities and Wi-Fi included
