Emergency Department RN – Rotating Evening/Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility's Emergency Department is seeking an experienced RN for a 36-hour-per-week contract. You'll work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting managing a diverse patient population across general ED and trauma cases.
Shift & Schedule
- Rotating evening/night shifts: 3PM–3:30AM or 7PM–7:30AM
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday rotation participation
- 13-week contract (start date: October 5, 2026)
- Up to 36 hours per 13-week contract may be canceled per facility agreement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 ED assignments or 3 years of current/recent ED experience
- BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (required)
- TNCC and ENPC certifications strongly preferred
What You'll Do
Work alongside a dedicated ED team managing trauma cases, critical patients, and high-volume throughput. You'll perform comprehensive assessments, collaborate with physicians and specialists, and deliver evidence-based emergency nursing care.

All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission to be honored. Call is not expected and will be rare.
