CT Technologist — Travel Contract

Apple Valley, CA | 13 Weeks | ASAP Start

This is a high-volume, fast-paced CT position in an acute care setting. Candidates must be adaptable, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a busy imaging department.

Schedule

• 3x12-hour shifts, rotating across available start times (6:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 5:45 PM)
• Self-scheduling based on seniority; unit will work to honor day, night, or overnight preferences — back-to-back opposite shifts will not be required
• High need for overnight/graveyard coverage
• Weekends may exceed every-other weekend to meet unit needs
• Must be willing to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Clinical Details

• Expect 30–40+ scans per 12-hour shift
• May be responsible for own patient transport based on staffing
• Community hospital experience required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required

Required Certifications & Licensure

• BLS
• ARRT (primary)
• ARRT Advanced (CT)
• CA CRT
• Valid California license or compact license in hand at time of submission

Additional Requirements

• No call required
• No floating between units at this facility (some floating to nearby sister facilities may be required)
• All RTO must be submitted at the time of application — post-offer requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering the past 3 years required prior to start
