Certified Surgical Technologist – Operating Room

Position Overview

The facility's Operating Room is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join a dynamic surgical services team. You'll scrub in on a diverse range of procedures across multiple specialties in a busy surgical environment.

Shift & Schedule

• 07:00–17:00, Monday–Thursday (4 x 10 schedule)
• Rotating weekends and on-call coverage required
• Holidays included
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract

Clinical Scope

You'll support surgical cases including orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, gynecology, plastics, neurosurgery, robotics, podiatry, and dental procedures. This role requires flexibility and strong foundational knowledge across multiple surgical specialties.

Requirements

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of hospital-based surgical experience
• New Hampshire Medical Technologist license
• Availability to work holidays
• No floating to other departments

Ideal Candidate

You're friendly, professional, and self-motivated. Experience in orthopedics, trauma, or neurosurgery is preferred but not required. You thrive in a fast-paced OR and work well as part of a collaborative surgical team.
