Contract Details

  • Duration: 15 weeks | Start: October 2026
  • Shift: 4 days per week — a mix of 10-hour (6:30 AM–5:00 PM) and 8-hour (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) shifts, totaling 36 hours per week
  • Scrubs: Navy blue

Unit Overview

Required Procedures & Skills

  • ERCP (required), including ERCP with SpyGlass
  • Bronchoscopy and Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS)
  • Colonoscopy and Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
  • ION Procedure
  • Administering and monitoring conscious sedation
  • Pre- and post-procedure care; scrub and circulate roles

Certifications Required

  • BLS and ACLS

Scheduling Expectations

  • 2–3 weekend shifts per contract
  • Call: 1 weekday call per week; 1 weekend call per 6-week schedule
  • RTO maximum: 7 days per contract (all RTO must be finalized at time of submission)
  • Blackout: Spring Break (April 4–12)
  • Holiday coverage required based on holidays falling within the assignment period

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of endoscopy experience (first-time travelers considered)
  • Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
  • Local candidates accepted
  • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered); COVID-19 vaccine not required
